Data Entry Services

We offer a variety of data entry services. We can handle all types of text handwritten, typed, delivery notes/invoices, mathematical & chemical symbols and can also key-in any language based on the roman script. This would include most continental European languages, like German, French, Spanish, Danish, Italian, etc.

For example, we can re-create scanned images into its text equivalent maintaining the formatting as it is on the paper/image. For this purpose, we use a combination of OCR and manual data entry techniques. The output of each is then compared with the other to obtain the highest level of accuracy. This is called the double verification technique. We can also offer triple verification if the accuracy required is critical. Output from data entry can be given in various formats such as MS Word, ASCII, etc. Prices are usually quoted either per 1000 characters or per A4 page (usually contains between 2000-3000 characters).

Indexing

Indexing involves entering values in fields for the purpose of making the data searchable. We can create indexes out of almost any kind of document or scanned images of invoices, tabular reports, medical records etc. Output is usually given in a CSV file but we can also give Excel, Access, etc. Prices are quoted for 1000 characters and are also based on the complexity of the indexing job.

Document Conversion

Our expertise lies in converting various formats of documents to different formats. For e.g., we can convert from physical paper to Internet (SGML/HTML/XML), paper to eBooks, paper/card records or delivery notes to a database and so on. We can also convert legacy databases to newer ones. For e.g. Hogan, DB2, Dbase to Oracle, Sybase, MySQL.
