Anil Jogani

Mr Anil Jogani is an experienced business director with background in leading and managing software products and services business internationally. He has over 25 years international experience, particularly in India and the UK in manufacturing, professional services and software industries.

Anil has experience and skills in strategy, governance, security, marketing, communications, finance, HR and business administration. He has good experience of hiring and managing senior executives in the IT industry.

He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from a premier UK business school. He is also a CISA – Certified IS Auditor, Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and SAP Financials Solution Consultant. PRINCE2 is the globally accepted methodology for program and project management.  He has recently been awarded the prestigious CGEIT certification from ISACA demonstrating his expertise in governance of enterprise IT.

Anil Jogani is a thought leader in IT Governance and Value management and has been an avid promoter of IT Governance for over 15 years. He is the Founder President of ISACA, Bangalore Chapter, and has served for many years on the Committee of IT Governance Institute, USA (ITGI). IT Governance Institute that carries out leading edge research and formulates frameworks, policies and practices on IT Governance and Assurance. He has long association with the development of COBIT and VALIT frameworks and uses them extensively in his practice. These frameworks are best practices for aligning IT with business strategy and managing IT portfolio, programme and projects.

Anil Jogani is a seasoned practitioner of IT portfolio management, programme and project assurance, security audit and control, enterprise architecture, business process transformation and strategic development.

Anil writes and trains organisations on IT Governance, security, audit and control as well as emerging technologies such as XBRL for business. He is the founder chairman of XBRL India Consortium. Anil also speaks at professional seminars on these subjects.  He is an accredited trainer for COBIT and workshop facilitator for COBIT and VALIT.  He is a regular speaker at ISACA conferences.

Anil also serves as a Governor, Board and Audit Committee member of a college in London.

Saranjit Arora

Mr Saranjit Arora is an Entrepreneur, having set up and run businesses for over 15 years. He is an experienced, Prince 2 certified Programme Manager and Director with over 20 years of IT industry experience. He has 20+ years of IT project management experience including 12 years of outsourcing experience in the United Kingdom. He has also established and run an IT recruitment business.

Saranjit has done a lot of work in IT strategy consulting, programme management, software and services provision using pure UK and UK–India outsourcing models. He is highly customer/business focussed and believes that technology must serve customer needs. He has led a variety of assignments ranging from the small mission critical technology-rich to the large user-focussed organisation wide supply chain projects.

Saranjit has developed the DualShore™ outsourcing concept which has delivered sustained business benefit to a range of UK companies. He has deep understanding and experience of bridging the gap between UK and Indian companies at a strategic and operational level. He aimed to fill a gap in the market, where many UK companies were dissatisfied with their IT and wanted better value from their investments, outsourcing and in particular the offshore experience. The ‘DualShore™’ model of project delivery gives clients on-shore managerial interface with low-cost off-shore advantage. This model is now gaining wide acceptance in the outsourcing industry.
