
Our programme management practice consists of three areas: Portfolio, Programme and Project management.
Portfolio management
We manage groups of programmes to ensure that enterprise value is realised. We evaluate candidate programmes for inclusion into the portfolio and funding. This involves careful assessment of business cases for strategic alignment, financial and non-financial benefits, risks and return. We monitor the portfolio and assess programmes at stage-gates for further funding. We believe that to manage a portfolio of investments for IT enabled business change, sound business knowledge is required. That is why, our portfolio managers are good, experienced business managers with deep understanding of IT.
Programme management
Our programme managers manage groups of projects that together would deliver business benefits. We understand that a project alone will not deliver business benefit and it has to be linked with other related projects into a programme. We are adept at developing comprehensive business cases using appropriate benefits realisation models. Because a programme will contain many non-IT projects, our programme managers are both business and IT literate with experience of managing IT-enabled business investments.
Project management
We manage IT projects of all types including ERP implementation, workflow, infrastructure, system development, product management. We have certified PRINCE2 project management professionals and also use standards like COBIT to ensure alignment with the business. We have SAP certified managers for ERP projects.
