We believe that software quality assurance (SQA) encompasses the entire software development process, which includes processes such as software design, coding, source code control, code reviews, change management, configuration management, and release management.  Two key principles characterise QA: "fit for purpose" (the product should be suitable for the intended purpose) and "right first time" (mistakes should be eliminated).

Our QA practice works closely with our software testing practice, to study the "environment, culture and processes" from which software is being produced, and we aim to root out unnecessary steps and risk areas. We follow a well defined methodology and can also help ready an organisation for ISO9001 or CMM certification.
